we had purchased items worth 37000 geysers, fans, lights for our flat, while they sent the person to install the price for extra fittings for geysers were included in the final bill. ON the day of delivery they did not give the model of the fan ( havell ) selected due to no stock and gave us different model and told us they would refund the amount of difference which was 2000. While we contacted the shop last week for refund since we were ladies the owner started telling the fittings of geyser was not mentioned in the bill , while we insisted that it was paid for all things else in first place they would not send the items, he starting arguing and telling his executive whom we dealt is on leave and he cannot do anything about it. He does not hold copy of the invoice. He made ladies wait for 20 minutes, he does not have manner to talk. REfund of 2000 is still pending from the shop, I strongly do not recommend this place at all. Small shops are better, they maintain photocopy of original bill and include everything. I will try and post in other forums as i do not want other customers to be taken for ride as it is hard earned money which the shop fellow will pay double as he has cheated us.
