The owner doesn't understand how to treat customers or even attend them at a basic level. Manpower shortage is a big problem. Very badly managed and rude behaviour of the staff except one guy at the billing counter.. Specifically the owner is rude and pathetic in behavior and his conduct. He makes false promises of product delivery, and will not answer your calls or communicate clearly about the status, specially if your product quantity is less. Not going to this shop ever.

Went to their shop today to buy profile light on July 7 around 2 pm. The shop close time was mentioned as 3 pm, 2 attendendents were there the owner was not. They treated all customers present their so badly and thier intent was to close the shop. Both the helpers were passing to each other like - mujko jana hai tu dekh le. I took my list back went to kalra electicals that is near to thier shop and was treated well as well as got all the required goods. I heard good things about the shop but because so rude staff I want to highlight this to owner and give them one star.
