Bought couple of items today, got a negative vibe from the people in the shop. Quite arrogant, not a good purchase either.

Good place to buy electric goods, small shop, but goods are kept in the godown, covid19 protocol followed, temperature not checked, no Sanitisers, but customers are not allowed inside the shop, parking on the side roads, wheelchair access not there, good customer service, credit card payment accepted including NCP, Crabtree products kept which is not easily available elsewhere, moderate prices. Sundays they close by 5 pm. Four Star rating is given as designated parking place is not there, No washroom for customers, no seating arrangements, no AC in the shop as it's a small shop, situated bang on the main road and customers will be standing on the footpath.

Purchased a product which turned out to be of a wrong size. Wanted to replace the unused unit within 30 minutes with the one with correct dimensions. But the shopkeeper denied to do the same and said that once they make a sale, their responsibility stops to exist. It is the problem of the customer to manage! I find this attitude and lack of customer orientation disappointing!

You get All the material related to electrical. The people selling can be a little friendly. Otherwise, a good shop to buy electrical items.

Visited the shop seeking for service of 'Eveready' product; Though the shopkeeper had given up the dealership for Eveready 3 years back, he searched his old records on spot and shared his contacts. Unconditional support appreciated !!
