I had purchased 4 closets from this shop on 24.5 2024 as part of renovation of my home. We started using them on 2.6.2024. On the very first use one of them was blocked. The closet was replaced by the shop owner by noon. But this closet had same issue when we used it after 2 days. So that had to be again changed. This was a very trouble some process,a closet had to be changed 3 times to get it corrected. Few weeks later ,there was a problem with the second one,flush not working. When informed they changed the flush mechanism thrice and still the problem was not rectified. Inspite of repeated grievance from my side and from my plumber and a close friend of theirs,took no action till this day to fix the issue. They are very much reluctant to send the technitian also. Inspite of these closets having a replacement warranty they are behaving like this. Out of the 4 closets purchased,2 of them are working properly. I had also informed them that I have a person with serious illness to be taken care,they were heedless. Please think several times before purchasing from this shop, especially closets. They have one more profile under the name Galaxy Electrical and Plumbing. Please don't misunderstand the two names , Galaxy Agencies and Galaxy Electrical and Plumbing is one and the same shop.

Great place for utilities

Respective officials . From my personal experience. Today I have been went to purchase a tv screw plug for my wall tv . Sorry to say 1 or 100 , 7 rs or 700 rs purchase Amount is amount right.! I have been treated not well in manner . I don't no that male staff sitted in the cash corner owner or staff . On 2:00 PM . Even he won't have a change for return.all i have to say if you treated and educated your clients well they will bring you more clients. As a management consultant i know that well .so respective owners please do needful with that. Hopefully Rahul KT
