I bought RR signature cooler tower,that was found defective on following day after buying it..And next day they are not responding calls too I mumy opinion it's a not a good option for buying big electric items like coolers...

Owner and sales person are very rude. Totally indescent behaviour. They basically treat everyone like labourers. I request people to go some place else. I think the owner is having unnecessary pride. Even his labourers also did mischief in selling items. Never going back there again.
