"I purchased goods worth ₹18,000 for a three-phase connection, but when I tried to return an item worth ₹300 that didn’t match the electrician’s list, they outright refused to accept it. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place."
